Todd Ellis

Chief Technical Officer

Todd is a Marine Corps veteran with 6 years of service. He and his wife Kerri founded Secure Networkers in 2010 with a desire to achieve success with his uncanny ability to “think outside the box.” He has an unwavering persistence in finding data security solutions in the world of computer networking. His passion for IT and security began in the Marines, being assigned responsibility for communication gear and thereby learning about satellite technology, along with an opportunity to bring the Marines from Banyan VINES to TCP/IP. From there he went on to work as an instructor for the new network he helped create for the Marine Corps. He began consulting as a network engineer and started the precursor to Secure Networkers in 1996. He has received training and certifications in a vast number of facets of IT.

Chau has 18 years of experience in computer operations. Most of those years involved working desktop support for the banking industry. He is an expert of networking, diagnosing, and troubleshooting. Doyle Miller

Maintenance Specialist

Doyle has been with Secure Networkers since 2012. He installs our hardware. His experience dates back to the days of Roadrunner/TimeWarner. Doyle has been in many areas of the data & communications industry. So, he knows the ins and outs of every change in hardware that has come along. He has vast experience in the installation of phone systems, security cameras, wireless APs, and server rooms. Cabling is the area where he shines. His experience with cabling projects includes underground cabling to 20 stories high. He was born and raised Houston. And, he has worked all over the city in this field for 25 years. Chances are strong that you have been in a building where Doyle installed the security, data, or communication equipment.

Office Manager

Nichelle has over 5 years of administration experience and manages the bookkeeping, vendors, and information management of the company. Before coming to Secure Networkers she took care of the administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence of several industries which include the medical industry, oil and gas, and non-profit. Even though her position often keeps her “behind the scenes,” her job is to keep office management tasks and communication flowing so that our technical team and account managers are completely focused on the needs of our customers.
